Which architectural style you prefer, how many bedrooms you need, the overall total square footage you desire, and your daily activities, are just a few things to consider when creating a home that's custom and unique to your lifestyle. Whether you work with an architect of your choosing or our experienced team, selecting a floor plan that is right for you is the first step in creating your unique home.
Your Home, Your Choices
As your partner, we take the time to help guide you in selecting your new home's finishes (from flooring and cabinets to paint and appliances.) To simplify the process, we'll visit showrooms together. After you have the opportunity to review your options and prices, you can make your final choices conveniently online with our web-based, private and secure one-of-a-kind system. You can literally choose your kitchen appliances from the comfort of your couch! Really. It's that easy.
Beginning the Build
We believe in utilizing technology to help keep the building process convenient and communication flowing. And with the lines of communication open, you'll never have to wonder what stage of construction your home is in at any given point. It's all right at the tips of your fingers. Because most home owners want to see the progress of their new home, in real life, we also meet on-site regularly.
Welcome Home
During the final stage of building your home, we'll take a walk through together where you'll learn about the features of your new home and how they work. Because we strive for excellence, we want to ensure everything meets your standards.
To help ensure the closing goes smoothly, we coordinate with the title company and your preferred lender for convenient and painless closing.
Lastly, because we value you and want to ensure your satisfaction, we will visit two months after your home is complete and again at eleven months. This ensures we're able to handle any concerns within our standard, one year warranty.
